Jesse Lee Adams, M'1868 (? – April 16, 1905) was chief of the Division of Claims of the Inland Revenue Service.
A Civil War veteran, he graduated from the Georgetown University Medical School in 1868, as did his son Jesse Lee Adams, Jr. in 1898, but he never actively practiced medicine. He began working for the U.S. Treasury Department in 1865 and at the time of his death in 1905, he was chief of the Division of Claims of the Inland Revenue Service.1
