DCivitas

DCivitas is a pre-professional consulting club at Georgetown, one of several student-run consulting clubs on campus. Established in 2014, DCivitas engages in pro bono consulting work for nonprofits in the DC area1.

Activities

DCivitas works exclusively with local nonprofits and performs a variety of consulting services. Its work includes marketing, analysis, growth strategy, and outreach2.

The club takes on 4-5 clients each semester, working with those that "demonstrate potential for growth, unique missions, and service to marginalized groups"3. Past clients include Feed it Forward, District of Learning, and Anacostia Riverkeeper4

DCivitas has a Research and Development Team, a Marketing team, and consultants. Students interested in marketing5 and consulting roles6 enter the club through a competitive application process; membership on the R&D team is open to any interested students7.
