Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (born 1947) (SFS 1968) is a Filipina politician who served as the fourteenth President of the Philippines from 2001 to 2010. She was also the country's tenth vice president, serving from 1998 to 2001. 

Felipe de Borbón y Grecia (born Jan 30, 1968) is the King of Spain and an alumnus of Georgetown University (MSFS 1995). Also known as Felipe VI since ascending the throne in 2014, his full name is Felipe Juan Pablo Alfonso de Todos los Santos de Borbón y Grecia. He became Prince of Asturias (or heir presumptive to the throne) in 1977.

Dalia Grybauskaitė (1956 – , SFS 1992), is a Lithuanian politician and an alumna of the Georgetown School of Foreign service. She served as the eighth President of Lithuania, from 2009 to 2019. She was the country's first woman president and previously served as its finance minister and as European Union budget commissioner.

Xochitl Torres Small (SFS 2007) is a Georgetown alumna, lawyer, and politician. A Democrat, she served as the United States Representative for New Mexico's 2nd District from 2019-2021. She currently serves as the Under Secretary for Rural Development within the United States Department of Agriculture
